The Process of Ideas of Steel
Design phase
During the introductory phase, you as a potential buyer/client can indicate whether you are interested in our container construction. Unanswered questions are often asked and global ideas discussed. At this stage we will work with you to develop your ideas, this concerns design, licenses, deadlines, financing and more (physically, by phone and/or by mail).
Construction phase
After signing the purchase/contracting agreement, Ideas of Steel will start with the construction preparations. You can drop by at any time to see how the work is progressing. If desired, we can keep you informed by sending photos and videos.
Introduction/orientation
During the introductory phase, you as a potential buyer/client can indicate whether you are interested in our container construction. Unanswered questions are often asked and global ideas discussed. At this stage we will work with you to develop your ideas, this concerns design, licenses, deadlines, financing and more (physically, by phone and/or by mail).
Assignment agreement
If you award the contract to us, the agreement will be recorded in writing in the purchase/contract agreement. General terms and conditions (which can be found on our website) apply to all agreements with Ideas of Steel. A copy of our General Terms and Conditions will be sent to you by post or e-mail on first request.
All drawings, calculations and instructions relating to the building plans are included in the purchase/contracting agreement.
Delivery
Upon delivery, we check together with you whether everything has been carried out properly and whether there are any delivery points that need to be resolved. The container structure is then delivered.
